Michelle LAc

Michelle obtained her bachelor’s degree from UC Davis and worked as SQL programmer in software field for many years before changing her career.  Michelle's family has a strong background in using Chinese medicine for healing and wellness, her father had practiced acupuncture in China, this inspired her to eventually pursue her passion for natural health care. She subsequently trained for 4 years as an acupuncturist in California, and received a master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2013.  

As part of her training, Michelle has been mentored by several top acupuncturists.  She possesses expertise in cosmetic acupuncture, wrinkle reduction, skin rejuvenation, weight loss, holistic skin care, and eye care.   Consistent with her holistic outlook, Michelle also specializes in pain management, and can provide quick and lasting relief for many painful conditions. 

Michelle is a licensed and Board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist in California.  She is also licensed nationally by NCCAOM in acupuncture. In addition, Michelle holds an Esthetician licensed by the California Board of Cosmetology.

Michelle has treated a wide range of clients, from young adults to seniors.  She supports and recommends a holistic approach, which includes acupuncture, balanced diet, herbs, exercise, meditation and lifestyle changes.  Her clinical treatments focus on providing comprehensive services, blending Western science and Eastern medicine to create a holistic approach to health.
